   • The Customer must order the handset within the specified period when the Company has the right to announce. The policy of order shall be apply “First Come, First Serve” approach.
   • The order will be valid when the customer paid a deposit of Baht 2,140 (Two Thousand One Hundred and Forty Baht) ("Deposit") together with proof of payment to the Company via Visa Card, Debit Card, Master Card, JCB Credit Card or any Card issued by Bank in Thailand only. The Company reserves the right to close the order if the product is out of stock.
   • The customer is required to pick up the device within specific period.
4. Terms and Conditions of Ordering Above, the buyer must apply for monthly TrueMove H mobile phone service.
   • 1 (one) Customer ID (Referred to Thai's Identification Card Number for Thai Citizen / or Passport Number for Foreigner or Expat) or 1 (one) Company shall apply maximum at 1 Orders.
   • The Customer who is Thai nationality must use a valid Thai ID card /valid company's registered documents for order process only. Thai Citizens must fill out the identification number.
   • The Customers will have to complete the order of the Handset through the website. https://deal.true.th/apple/iphone-17-en.html or through participating True Shops. The Company has the right to qualify the Customer as stated in above with the Company's discretion.
   • The Customer whose requisition has been approved and confirmed by registering via https://deal.true.th/apple/iphone-17-en.html during the specified date must print out the order confirmation as a part of evidence. In case of proceeding order via participating True Shop, the Customer must request evidence of order confirmation together with the receipt of paid deposit. Both evidences are required for pick-up order(s).
   • The Company will handle the order by applying policy of “First Come, First Serve” in regard to the registration system. The Company will send SMS notification to confirm the pick-up date and time by delivering the order to True Shop that the customer had already chosen.
   • When a model of the Handset, capacity, and color of the handset has been confirmed, the Customer shall not edit, change, or cancel the order(s). In any case, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions of the order.
   • The right of order above shall not distribute, refund, or transfer to any others individual or corporate customers.
5. Payment Method
   • The Customers are required to pay a deposit when ordering for every model, capacity and color in an amount of Baht 2,140 (Two Thousand and One Hundred Forty Baht) (vat included) through Visa Card or any credit card or other methods specified by the Company.
   • The remaining payment (After deducting the deposit) shall be paid to the Customer on a pick-up date, the customer shall pay the remaining payment in cash, debit card or credit card with full amount or installment program according to sales promotion at that time or under the terms and conditions specified by the Company.
6. Supporting Documents.
   The Customer who completed payment process above shall bring the following;
   • For Thai Citizens;
     • Ordering via website: Order Confirmation or Electronic Mail ("E-Mail") Ordering via True Shop: Order Confirmation or receipt of deposit
     • A valid Thai ID card and one copy of a valid Thai ID Card (Minimum required for 3 months validity).
   • For Foreigners;
     • The evidence of order confirmation.
     • A valid Passport, one copy of on the first page showing full name, photo with an expire date of a passport and one copy of a valid Thai’s Visa (Minimum required for 1 month validity).

If the customer does not complete the 12-month contract, they will be required to pay device trade-in fee guarantee of up to 15,000 baht.

Eligibility and Subscription Conditions

• Monthly packages: Available only to customers on the True and Dtac networks.
• Annual packages: Customers outside the True and Dtac networks, as well as foreign nationals, can only subscribe to the annual package.
• Post-purchase registration: If a customer does not subscribe to a package on the day of device purchase (based on the sales receipt), a device inspection will be required for later registration.
• Package pricing: All package prices are inclusive of VAT.
• Device limit: Each mobile number can subscribe to the service for a maximum of 2 devices (1 mobile number / 2 IMEIs).
• Cost basis: Service Package Price are based on the standard price of the device on the date of purchase (excluding any discounts). This does not include service fees for device damage repair, device swap, or replacement services.
• Service start date: The service will take effect once the customer receives an SMS/email confirming successful subscription.
• Monthly packages: The service will automatically be renewed on a monthly basis.
• Annual packages: After the initial 12-month period, the package will automatically be converted to a monthly subscription. The 13th month will be free, and billing will begin on the 14th month until the customer cancels the service.
• Maximum subscription period: The service can be subscribed to continuously for a maximum of 36 months.
• Device change: If a customer receives a new device under a manufacturer's warranty or policy, they must immediately notify the service provider to update the registered IMEI number. Proof of the change of the device from the manufacturer's service center is required.
• Service termination: The service will be terminated under the following conditions:
  • The mobile number is temporarily suspended for more than 60 days.
  • The mobile number's signal is permanently cut.
  • The customer cancels the mobile number, changes from postpaid to a prepaid plan, or switches to a different network.

Service Package Details

1. Screen Break Only Package
   • Service Details:
     • Covers accidental damage and breakage to the device screen.
     • Includes 2 screen repair services for accidental damage within the package duration.
   • Additional Customer Fees for Service:
     • A service fee of 1,000 THB per accidental screen repair.
2. True Mobile Care Package (Repair / Swap / Replacement)
   • Service Details:
     • Covers accidental breakage and damage.
     • Provides 2 device repair services for accidental damage within the package duration.
     • Allows for up to 2 device swaps and/or replacements with the same model within the package duration.
   • Additional Customer Fees for Service:
     • A service fee for a device swap is 15% of the device's price on the purchase date (excluding discounts).
     • A service fee for a device replacement is 35% of the device's price on the purchase date (excluding discounts).
