1. Customers who purchase any iPhone 18 model at a special price together with a monthly service plan of THB 1,499 or above (12-month contract) will receive True Value Care, a mobile protection service with device upgrade and guaranteed trade-in value, at no additional charge until 31 December 2027.
   Customers are entitled to a guaranteed trade-in value of up to 65% of the regular retail price on the product launch date. Customers may exercise this privilege by trading in the device toward the purchase of a new device until 31 December 2027. The device must be in normal working condition. The device body and screen must not be dropped, broken, or cracked and must pass the device inspection in accordance with the criteria and conditions specified by the Company. The trade-in value will be provided in the form of a coupon to be used toward the purchase of a new device, subject to the channels and conditions specified by the Company. The coupon cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and no cash change will be given.
2. Customers agree to subscribe to a monthly service plan of THB 1,499 or above (12-month service contract). During the contract period, the mobile number must remain active and monthly service fees must be paid continuously for at least 12 months up to the date the privilege is exercised. On the date the privilege is exercised, the mobile number must be active and have no outstanding balance. If the customer has any outstanding service charges, the Company may temporarily suspend the privilege until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full. On the date the privilege is exercised, the mobile number must be active and have no outstanding service charges.
3. The device used to exercise the privilege must be the same device that was purchased and received the privilege under this promotion. The device’s IMEI number and mobile number must match the information registered with the Company.
4. If the customer terminates the mobile number, changes to a service plan that does not meet the applicable conditions, switches from postpaid to prepaid service, transfers ownership of the mobile number, or ports the mobile number to another service provider, the customer will be deemed to have cancelled True Value Care. Any unused privileges will terminate from the effective date of such action, and the customer will not be entitled to claim any compensation or replacement value for the terminated privileges.
5. Customers must bring the purchased iPhone 18 to exercise the privilege toward the purchase of a new iPhone. The device will be inspected and its value assessed in accordance with the specified conditions.
6. Once the Company has accepted the device and the customer has successfully exercised the privilege toward the purchase of a new device, True Value Care and all associated privileges for that device will terminate.
7. True Value Care does not cover cases where the device is lost, stolen, or cannot be presented to the Company for inspection.
8. By participating in this campaign, the Company may disclose the customer’s personal data, only to the extent necessary, to its business partners in order to provide the customer with the applicable privileges in full.
9. The Company reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.

   • The order will be valid when the customer paid a deposit of Baht 2,140 (Two Thousand One Hundred and Forty Baht) ("Deposit") together with proof of payment to the Company via Visa Card, Debit Card, Master Card, JCB Credit Card or any Card issued by Bank in Thailand only.    • The customer is required to pick up the device within specific period.

In case of proceeding order via participating True Shop, the Customer must request evidence of order confirmation together with the receipt of paid deposit. Both evidences are required for pick-up order(s).
   • The Company will handle the order by applying policy of “First Come, First Serve” in regard to the registration system. The Company will send SMS notification to confirm the pick-up date and time by delivering the order to True Shop that the customer had already chosen.

5. Payment Method
   • The Customers are required to pay a deposit when ordering for every model, capacity and color in an amount of Baht 2,140 (Two Thousand and One Hundred Forty Baht) (vat included) through Visa Card or any credit card or other methods specified by the Company.
   • The remaining payment (After deducting the deposit) shall be paid to the Customer on a pick-up date, the customer shall pay the remaining payment in cash, debit card or credit card with full amount or installment program according to sales promotion at that time or under the terms and conditions specified by the Company.

After purchasing a device in this promotion campaign, the period of the previous contract continues.

   Fair Usage Policy: The Company has the right to manage its network as appropriate to maintain service quality standards and enable subscribers as a whole to use the services efficiently. Such measures may include restricting or reducing speeds, or taking other measures in relation to data transmission, BitTorrent usage, internet sharing via a hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, or any usage involving continuously high volumes of data traffic, affecting service usage, creating unfairness, or causing or potentially causing harm to other subscribers and/or the Company's network or overall services.

3. dtac internet is an add-on data transmission service using EDGE/3G/4G/5G technology, made available by the service provider for the convenience of subscribers on its network. The service may be subject to limitations in certain locations or at certain times. EDGE/3G/4G/5G speeds depend on the service area, the number of users, the connection device, and the device settings. This means that maximum speeds are not provided continuously throughout each service session. Movement of the connection device during use may also temporarily affect data transmission and cause a change in the data transmission technology used. Subscribers should therefore familiarise themselves fully with the service details.
4. New postpaid subscribers, subscribers switching from prepaid to postpaid, and subscribers porting their existing number from another network who subscribe to a 5G Device 499 or higher package, or a 5GX 899 or higher package, may use 5G immediately.
5. Existing subscribers who subscribe to a 5G Super Value package priced at THB 699 or above may use 5G from the next billing cycle.
6. 5G internet is available when the Subscriber has activated 5G service, uses a compatible mobile phone and SIM, and is within a 5G service area. To activate the service, dial *555# and press Call (free of charge). For more information, visit www.dtac.co.th/network . dtac 5G is now available in many areas across all 77 provinces of Thailand.
7. All service charges cover only outgoing calls to mobile or fixed-line numbers used and registered within Thailand, 5G/4G/3G services, and the specified types of add-on services at the stated rates. They do not include other charges, such as content downloads, information services, international calls, roaming calls, or other add-on services.
8. The Company has the right to suspend and/or terminate TrueMove H mobile services immediately if there is no service usage for 30 consecutive days from the activation date. In such case, the Subscriber shall be deemed not to wish to continue using the service.
9. The services included in the TrueID promotion cover logging in and logging out, and access to TV streaming, movies, music, and articles through the Exclusive, Movie, TV, Soccer, Music, Sport, Travel, Food, Game, Men, Women, and Entertainment menus. Usage through the Privileges, Cloud, and Payment menus is excluded.
10. Subscribers may use 5G only with a 5G-compatible device and within a 5G service area. Service speeds may depend on other factors, such as the specifications of the mobile device, the number of concurrent users, the service location and terrain, and the distance from the radio base station.
11. Subscribers to a 5GX monthly package may use 5G Standalone (5G SA) automatically once their device is set to 5G SA mode. 5G SA is available only with a 5G SA-compatible device and within a 5G SA service area. Subscribers can identify this by the network indicator changing from "TRUE-H" to "TRUE5GX".
12. 5GX Priority Access is available only in 5G SA mode. The Company reserves the right to make adjustments to maintain service quality.

14. All service charges stated above exclude VAT.
15. Terms of Use for Wi-Fi by TrueMove H
    • 15.1 Subscribers must connect through .@ truemoveH only.
    • 15.2 Subscribers may use their TrueMove H mobile number as the username (09XXXXXXXX) and request a password by dialling the USSD code *871*4# and pressing Call (free of charge). The system will send the password by SMS.
    • 15.3 Subscribers will automatically receive their Wi-Fi username and password within 1 hour after service activation.
    • 15.4 Subscribers who forget their Wi-Fi by TrueMove H password may request a new password by contacting TrueMove H Care at 1242 or through a channel designated by the Company.
    • 15.5 During use of Wi-Fi by TrueMove H, the service provider must disconnect the internet session (Session Time Out) every 90 minutes to check and record usage. To continue using the service after disconnection, the Subscriber must turn the connection off and then on again.
    • 15.6 If a Wi-Fi by TrueMove H subscriber forgets to log out or does not use the service for more than 10 consecutive minutes, the system will log the Subscriber out automatically.
    • 15.7 Concurrent connections: Only 1 user may use the internet or Wi-Fi connection at any one time.
16. The Company has the right to manage its network as appropriate to maintain service quality standards and enable subscribers as a whole to use the services efficiently. The Company may restrict, reduce, or adjust the data allowance and/or internet speed. Subscribers whose internet usage reaches 100 GB or more in a billing cycle will be limited to continued usage at 3 Mbps until the end of that billing cycle; normal service will resume in the next billing cycle. Such usage shall be deemed abnormal compared with ordinary personal use, or usage that affects service usage, creates unfairness, causes or may cause harm, or affects or may affect other subscribers' use and/or the Company's network or overall services. This may include downloading or uploading large files, any usage involving continuously very high volumes of data traffic, and other usage. Speeds may be reduced below those stated in the package, or the service to the relevant Subscriber may be terminated, as appropriate.
17. No entitlement under this promotion may be exchanged, returned, or converted into cash or any other item, or transferred to any other individual or juristic person.
18. The promotional rates do not include calls to special numbers, such as 1900, commercially charged SMS, or other add-on services subject to additional charges. This shall apply until notice of any change is given.
19. The Company has the right to terminate the services under the agreement immediately if the Subscriber engages in any of the following conduct:
    • 19.1 Breach of a prohibition under the agreement: Any conduct contrary to the purpose of the agreement shall constitute a breach of a prohibition under the agreement. For the purposes of the "Purpose of the Agreement", the Subscriber must:
      (a) Use the services under this promotion solely for personal communications, in good faith, and in the manner ordinarily expected of an individual. The services must not be used to obtain benefits or anything of value, or exploited in any manner for commercial purposes or for the onward provision of services.
      (b) Refrain from using the services, modifying, or taking any action in relation to any technology, system, or other item to connect to or otherwise relate to the use of the services. The Subscriber must also refrain from any conduct that is, or may reasonably be expected or believed to be, immoral, harmful, or unfair to the Company or any other person, directly or indirectly; from interfering with, inconveniencing, or endangering the network; and from causing the performance of the network or any part thereof to malfunction or operate abnormally.
      (c) Not transfer the right to use the services under this agreement to another person before the contractual term expires without the Company's consent.
    • 19.2 Conduct giving reasonable grounds to believe that the Subscriber has committed fraud or falsified documents when applying for or accepting an offer of services, has engaged in fraudulent service usage, or has used the services unlawfully.
20. The Company has the right to amend, change, suspend, or cancel the service conditions without prior notice if a requirement, order, or policy of a relevant government authority requires such amendment, change, suspension, or cancellation, or if such an order increases the Company's operational burden. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Company has the right to amend, change, suspend, or cancel these terms as appropriate by giving the Subscriber at least 30 days' prior notice through a channel the Company considers appropriate.
21. This promotion is valid for 12 billing cycles from the date of registration and activation under the promotion. An SMS reminder will be sent 30 days before the promotional benefits expire. After the promotional period ends, the Company has the right to switch the Subscriber to another promotion with prior notice.
22. Subscriber's Consent and Representations The Subscriber acknowledges and consents to the service provider collecting, processing, using, sending or transferring, and disclosing the Subscriber's personal data for service provision or improvement; compliance with applicable personal data protection laws; market research and promotional activities; analysis and presentation of any services or products of the service provider and/or its distributors, agents, or related parties, and/or its business partners, and/or True Group companies; any other purpose not prohibited by law; or compliance with laws or regulations applicable to the service provider now or in the future. The service provider may send, transfer, and/or disclose such data to companies within its group, business partners, data processors, or any agency, organisation, juristic person, or individual having a contract, agreement, legal relationship, or other relationship with the service provider, whether in Thailand or abroad.

    • 5G Device packages are for ordinary personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, such as providing services in internet cafes or gaming shops, resale, subletting for profit, call centre operations, or use as a telephone line. They may not be used for high-volume data transmission that may affect other subscribers, such as BitTorrent, or with devices or electronic equipment requiring a continuous high-volume data connection. If the Company detects BitTorrent usage, it will automatically block such usage.
    • If the Company detects or has reason to suspect that a Subscriber downloads and/or uploads large files, or engages in any usage involving continuously very high volumes of data traffic that is abnormal compared with ordinary personal use, or engages in usage that affects service usage, creates unfairness, causes or may cause harm, or affects or may affect other subscribers' use and/or the Company's network or overall services, the Company has the right to manage the network as appropriate to maintain service quality standards and enable subscribers as a whole to use the services efficiently. The Company may change the package or restrict the Subscriber's data allowance and mobile internet speed as appropriate. Speeds may be reduced below those stated in the package.
    • 5G Device and 5GX packages cannot be used with the Multi SIM card add-on service.
    • EDGE/3G/4G/5G usage entitlements are subject to the allowance provided under each promotion subscribed to and include usage both within and outside EDGE/3G/4G/5G service areas.
    • The Company has the right to manage data traffic volumes, data transmission speeds, and connections to the internet service system to ensure equitable, fair, and efficient management of its telecommunications network.
    • The Company does not support or participate in any use of the dtac internet add-on service that may violate the law or the terms of service in any form. If a violation is established upon investigation or a complaint is received, the Company has the right to terminate the offending service usage immediately without prior notice.
    • The service must not be used for profit-making activities that violate the law, or to provide Voice over IP (VoIP) services. If it is established that the service is used to obtain business benefits, to communicate commercially with third parties, or to access internet services in a manner contrary to the law, public order, or public morals, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate the service and cancel the privileges under this promotion. The Company will immediately suspend usage of any number used in breach of these conditions.
    • The Company has the right to change the promotion and the terms and conditions of service without prior notice. The Subscriber shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted such changes once they are announced on the Company's website or communicated to the Subscriber through any other channel.
    • The rates stated above do not include international calls, international roaming, Audio Text services, special-number services, other add-on services beyond the entitlements stated above, fees such as package-change fees, or download charges imposed by individual service providers. 25. If the Subscriber terminates service for a telecommunications number, the Subscriber is responsible for personally unlinking and/or changing that number in any linked services, membership accounts, bank accounts, OTP services, and any other related services. This is to prevent information or access rights from remaining linked to the terminated number, which may be reassigned to a new subscriber.

Terms and Conditions for True Red Card and dtac Gold Member Privileges

1. True Value Care is a service made available by the Company for its customers and is administered by SquareTrade (Thailand) Co., Ltd. By subscribing to True Value Care, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of the service.
2. True Value Care Benefits True Value Care is a mobile protection program that also provides device upgrade benefits and a guaranteed trade-in value. Customers are entitled to the following benefits:
   • Mobile Protection
     • Refresh The customer may receive a screen replacement or battery replacement service for the enrolled device once during each 12-month service period.
     • Swap The customer may exchange the enrolled device for a mobile device of the same model (Like-for-Like) or an equivalent replacement device, as determined by the Company, once during each 12-month service period.
   • Upgrade The Upgrade benefit allows customers to upgrade to a new device while securing a guaranteed trade-in value for the enrolled device.
     To utilize this benefit, the enrolled device must be evaluated in accordance with the Company's assessment criteria and based on the information provided by the customer at the time of enrollment. Eligible customers will receive a trade-in value based on a predetermined trade-in value schedule.
     The approved trade-in value will be issued in the form of a voucher or discount that may be applied toward the purchase of a new device through channels, within periods, and subject to conditions specified by the Company. Such voucher or discount is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
     Upon exercising the Upgrade benefit, the customer's True Value Care coverage for the enrolled device shall automatically terminate.
3. Service Fees for Refresh and Swap If the customer wishes to utilize the Refresh or Swapbenefit during the True Value Care coverage period, the customer agrees to pay an additional service fee based on the enrolled device price specified in Clause 2, as follows:
   • Refresh Service Fee: 10% of the enrolled device price (excluding VAT)
   • Swap Service Fee: 25% of the enrolled device price (excluding VAT)
4. Service Availability The Refreshand Swap benefits will be available from 1 November 2026 onwards.
5. Exclusions True Value Care does not cover any device that is:
   • Lost;
   • Stolen; or
   • Unavailable for inspection, verification, or processing by the Company.
6. Non-Transferability of Benefits True Value Care benefits are personal to the customer and are tied to the enrolled device, its IMEI number, and the registered mobile number.
   The customer may not transfer, assign, or otherwise provide any True Value Care benefits to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company.
7. Device Replacement and IMEI Update If the enrolled device is replaced under the manufacturer's warranty or through an authorized service program, the customer must notify the Company of the new IMEI number and provide supporting documentation within fourteen (14) days of receiving the replacement device.
   Provided that the replacement device is issued in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions, the change of IMEI shall not affect or terminate the customer's eligibility for True Value Care benefits.
8. Suspension of Service for Outstanding Payments If the customer has any outstanding telecommunications service charges or True Value Care fees, the Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend True Value Care benefits until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full. If the registered mobile number remains suspended for more than sixty (60) consecutive days, or if the telecommunications service agreement is terminated, the status of the True Value Care service shall be subject to Clause 9 below.
9. Cancellation and Termination of True Value Care True Value Care shall be deemed cancelled if the customer:
   • Cancels the registered mobile number;
   • Changes to a service package that does not meet the eligibility requirements of True Value Care;
   • Converts the service from postpaid to prepaid;
   • Transfers ownership of the registered mobile number; or
   • Ports the registered mobile number to another telecommunications service provider.
   In such cases, True Value Care and any unused benefits shall automatically terminate on the effective date of the relevant action.
   For customers subscribed to the monthly payment plan, the Company will discontinue billing for True Value Care from the service termination date.
   For customers subscribed to the annual payment plan, the Company will refund the unused portion of the service fee on a pro-rata basis, after deducting the value of any benefits or services already utilized, in accordance with the criteria and conditions communicated by the Company prior to enrollment.
   Any cancellation or modification of mobile telecommunications services, as well as any obligations relating to the purchase of a device at a special promotional price, shall remain subject to the applicable telecommunications service agreement and any related contractual documents.
10. Warranty Coverage The customer acknowledges that the warranty provided under this clause applies only to the original mobile device purchased and enrolled in the True Value Care program based on the information provided by the customer to the Company.The enrolled device shall be covered by a warranty for a period of six (6) months commencing from the service activation date.
    This warranty does not cover any replacement device provided through the Swapbenefit; or any new device purchased through the Upgradebenefit. any such replacement or upgraded device shall be covered by the applicable warranty terms and conditions designated for that specific device category, as the case may be.
11. Customer Acknowledgement of Device Condition The customer acknowledges that the above-mentioned device has been inspected and confirmed to be in new condition, fully functional, and in good working order. The customer further acknowledges that the device has been properly and completely delivered by the seller.
12. Renewal and Cancellation Upon expiration of the annual or monthly benefit period specified in Clause 2, customers who wish to continue their annual subscription or discontinue their monthly subscription must notify the Company of their intention to renew or cancel the service at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date through the channels designated by the Company.
13. Amendments and Right to Revoke Benefits The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or revise these terms and conditions without prior notice. The Company further reserves the right to revoke or terminate any benefits provided under this agreement if any fraud, misrepresentation, or falsification of documents is identified in connection with the application for or use of such benefits.
14. Personal Data Collection, Use, and Disclosure The customer consents to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of personal data provided in connection with the subscription to the service, including personal information, service usage data, and any other information obtained or collected by the Company through the customer's use of the subscribed services, for the following purposes
    To provide services efficiently and effectively; to offer benefits, privileges, and promotions to customers; to conduct market research, marketing, and promotional activities; to develop and enhance network infrastructure; to improve and develop products and services; to facilitate service notifications, billing, and payment processes; to analyze customer needs and recommend products or services; to administer and fulfill obligations under these Terms and Conditions; to ensure safety and prevent risks to life, body, health, or property; to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations; and For any other legitimate business purposes deemed necessary by the Company. The Company may disclose such information to its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, business partners, service providers, or other entities with which the Company has a contractual, business, or legal relationship, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

By participating in this campaign, participants acknowledge and agree to the campaign period, participation requirements, and the following terms and conditions:

1. This marketing campaign is organized by True Money Co., Ltd. (the “Company”).
2. Participants eligible to receive a coupon must fully and correctly comply with the participation requirements and all other terms and conditions of this campaign within the specified campaign period.
3. Upon redemption of a coupon, the applicable number of TrueMoney Coins will be deducted from the participant’s account immediately. If the participant does not have sufficient TrueMoney Coins at the time the Company’s system processes the deduction, the system will notify the participant accordingly. Participants may check their TrueMoney Coin balance via the TrueMoney App by selecting “Privileges” > “TrueMoney Coin.” TrueMoney Coins that have been deducted are non-refundable under any circumstances, except where otherwise expressly specified under this campaign.
4. Participants will receive the coupon within the period specified above following successful completion of the redemption transaction, except in the event of a system disruption or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control. Where a coupon has a specified validity period, participants acknowledge that any coupon not used, or not fully utilized, within such period may be cancelled by the Company as deemed appropriate without prior notice. Unused or partially used coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits.
5. If the Company determines that any person eligible for or receiving a coupon under this campaign:
   (a) cancels the coupon redemption transaction;
   (b) intends to use, or uses, the coupon for commercial purposes or any improper purpose;
   (c) breaches any term or condition of this campaign;
   (d) engages in fraud, misconduct, or any unlawful activity; or
   (e) is otherwise not entitled to claim or use the coupon,
   the Company reserves the right to disqualify such person from receiving any coupon under this campaign, revoke or reclaim any coupon already granted, and/or take any other action the Company deems appropriate, without prior notice.
6. The Company reserves the right to amend the campaign period, participation mechanics, terms and conditions, and/or any other campaign details, subject to prior notice to participants. In the event of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
7. Once a coupon has been redeemed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, converted into cash, or transferred to another person, and cannot be used in conjunction with other marketing campaigns unless otherwise specified. This does not apply to the return of TrueMoney Coins expressly provided for under this campaign.
8. Participants represent and warrant that all information provided for identity verification belongs to them and is accurate and complete. 9.
