Delivery of Products True Move H Universal Communication
Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) will arrange product delivery
based on the registration queue in the ordering system.
When it is your turn, the Company will notify you via SMS
to confirm the pick-up date and the selected True Shop
branch. Wire & Wireless Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) will
arrange product delivery in the same manner, notifying you
via SMS about the pick-up date and selected branch.

Order Terms and Conditions
- Eligible customers must be individuals aged 18 or older or legal entities/shops making transactions via https://deal.true.th/samsung/galaxy-s25-series.html or participating True Shop branches.
- Customers must meet the qualifications set by the Company and have no outstanding debts with True Corporation Public Company Limited (“True”) or its subsidiaries.
- Orders must be placed within the period announced by the Company. Orders will follow a first-come, first-served basis.
- Orders are confirmed upon payment of a non-refundable deposit of 2,140 THB, payable via specified debit or credit cards. The Company reserves the right to close orders once stock is depleted.
- Customers must subscribe to TrueMove H postpaid services.

Eligibility and Documentation Requirements
- Customers are limited to purchasing up to two devices under a single national ID or passport.
- Orders must be completed via the website or participating True Shop branches. Documentation for approval includes:
- Valid national ID (Thai customers)
- Valid passport and work permit for foreigners
- Proof of business registration for entities

Deposit Payment
- The deposit of 2,140 THB (VAT included) must be paid at the time of ordering through eligible payment methods.

Balance Payment
On the pick-up date, the remaining balance must be paid in full via cash, debit, or credit card. Installment options may be available under the current promotions.

Important Notes
- Once the order is confirmed, customers cannot modify or cancel the order or transfer their rights to others.
- Customers must provide printed or electronic proof of purchase when picking up the device.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel orders in case of inappropriate use or legal violations.
