WIRE & WIRELESS CO., LTD. (W&W) ("The Company") and Double7 Company Limited ("The Company") will deliver the handset to you in order. The company will inform you via SMS to confirm your pickup date and your chosen True Shop.

1. Details of the Mobile Handset (“the Handset”) iPhone 16
2. The company reserves the right to declare price of the Handset in accordance with Clause 1 officially after the approval of the Manufacturer. The Customer shall not argue or disagree any terms and conditions after the customer has entered into the purchase order agreement. The Customer shall accept to pay cost of the Handset according to the official announcement of retail price with no objection. 3. Details of Pre-Order
   • Eligible customers must be 18 years of age or older. Corporate customer can order through website https://deal.true.th/apple/iphone-16-en.html or through participating True Shop branches.
   • The Customer must subscribe to the TrueMove H mobile service on a monthly basis and must meet the qualifications required by the Company and must not have any outstanding debt to pay for goods or services to True Corporation Limited. ("TRUE"), as well as the parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies of the Company or TRUE.
   • The Customer must order the handset within the specified period when the Company has the right to announce. The policy of order shall be apply “First Come, First Serve” approach.
   • The order will be valid when the customer paid a deposit of Baht 5,350 (Five Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Baht) ("Deposit") together with proof of payment to the Company via Visa Card, Debit Card, Master Card, JCB Credit Card or any Card issued by Bank in Thailand only. The Company reserves the right to close the order if the product is out of stock.
   • The customer is required to pick up the device within specific period.
4. Terms and Conditions of Ordering Above, the buyer must apply for monthly TrueMove H mobile phone service.
   • 1 (one) Customer ID (Referred to Thai's Identification Card Number for Thai Citizen / or Passport Number for Foreigner or Expat) or 1 (one) Company shall apply maximum at 1 Orders.
   • The Customer who is Thai nationality must use a valid Thai ID card /valid company's registered documents for order process only. Thai Citizens must fill out the identification number. If the Customer is Corporate Customer , ID must be valid for not more than 90 days on the date of ordering.
   • The Customers will have to complete the order of the Handset through the website. https://deal.true.th/apple/iphone-16-en.html or through participating True Shops. The Company has the right to qualify the Customer as stated in above with the Company's discretion.
   • The Customer whose requisition has been approved and confirmed by registering via https://deal.true.th/apple/iphone-16-en.html during the specified date must print out the order confirmation as a part of evidence. In case of proceeding order via participating True Shop, the Customer must request evidence of order confirmation together with the receipt of paid deposit. Both evidences are required for pick-up order(s).
   • The Company will handle the order by applying policy of “First Come, First Serve” in regard to the registration system. The Company will send SMS notification to confirm the pick-up date and time by delivering the order to True Shop that the customer had already chosen.
   • When a model of the Handset, capacity, and color of the handset has been confirmed, the Customer shall not edit, change, or cancel the order(s). In any case, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions of the order.
   • The right of order above shall not distribute, refund, or transfer to any others individual or corporate customers.
5. Payment Method
   • The Customers are required to pay a deposit when ordering for every model, capacity and color in an amount of Baht 5,350 (Five Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Baht) (vat included) through Visa Card or any credit card or other methods specified by the Company.
   • The remaining payment (After deducting the deposit) shall be paid to the Customer on a pick-up date, the customer shall pay the remaining payment in cash, debit card or credit card with full amount or installment program according to sales promotion at that time or under the terms and conditions specified by the Company.
6. Supporting Documents.
   The Customer who completed payment process above shall bring the following;
   • For Thai Citizens;
     • Ordering via website: Order Confirmation or Electronic Mail ("E-Mail") Ordering via True Shop: Order Confirmation or receipt of deposit
     • A valid Thai ID card and one copy of a valid Thai ID Card (Minimum required for 3 months validity).
   • For Foreigners;
     • The evidence of order confirmation.
     • A valid Passport, one copy of on the first page showing full name, photo with an expire date of a passport and one copy of a valid Thai’s Visa (Minimum required for 1 month validity).
     • A valid Work Permit in Thailand, one copy of a valid work permit or original student Card/Confirmation letter (Minimum required for 1 month validity), and one copy of student card.
   • For Corporate;
     • Valid company's registration (Minimum required for 90 days validity)
     • Valid Thai ID of Company's authorized Director
     • Certificate of Value Added Tax Registration
   • For Shop;
     • Thai ID card of the owner of Shop
     • Commercial registration.
7. All right reserved :
   • The company has the right to cancel any applications upon finding out that the handset(s) has/have been misused in a way that the Company deems inappropriate or illegal. Customers agree to return the handset(s) and accessories to the company within the stated time frame.
   • The company has the right to make changes, add to and/or cancel any stated terms and conditions without prior notice.

Remarks: English wording here above is only translation for convenient to foreign customers to understand the content in the terms and conditions only. If English translation conflicts or differs from Thai, Thai shall be prevailing.

1. The promotion campaign is applicable to existing individual customers, customers who register a new SIM card, switch from prepaid to postpaid package, and move to true dtac network.

In case that the customer purchasing device on contract with special discount and the contract has not ended yet, the customer is not allowed to participate in this promotion campaign unless he/she is a true dtac postpaid customer who has been registered with true dtac for 12 months or more, possesses the phone number registered with the contract, and the contract has less than or equal to 90 days of remaining contract period. After purchasing a device in this promotion campaign, the period of the previous contract continues.
9. Subscribed to 50% discount package are not eligible to this promotional campaign.
10. The advance monthly fee will be deducted as monthly fee discount, based on the number of the contract month.
11. The VAT is not included in the advance monthly fee.

In case that the remaining contract period is less than 90 days, the customer is able to purchase the device, and the new contract period will begin after the existing contract ends.
