2. The Company will officially announce the selling price of the Device mentioned in Item 1 after receiving approval from the manufacturer. Once the customer places an order for the Device, it shall be deemed that the customer agrees to the specified terms and conditions of the purchase and agrees to pay the announced price without any objection or dispute.

3. Terms and Conditions of Device Purchase
   • Customers eligible to purchase the device must be individuals aged 18 years or older, or legal entities/retailers, placing their order through the website: https://deal.true.th/samsung/galaxy-z-series-flip8-fold8-en.html or at participating True Shop branches.
   • Customers who wish to purchase the device must meet the qualifications specified by the Company and must not have any outstanding debts for any products or services owed to True Corporation Public Company Limited (“True”) or to any other companies within the True Group that sell products or provide services.
   • Customers must place their orders within the specific dates and times announced by the Company only. The Company reserves the right to announce the opening and closing dates for orders only after receiving confirmation from the manufacturer. Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • The purchase order will be considered complete once the customer has paid a deposit of 2,140 THB (Two thousand one hundred forty Baht only) and submitted proof of payment to the company. Payment can be made via Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard Credit, or JCB Credit cards issued by banks in Thailand only. The Deposit is non-refundable. The company reserves the right to close orders when the product is out of stock.
4. The above purchase terms and conditions require the buyer to subscribe to the TrueMove H monthly mobile service plan.
   • Device Purchase Rights: Each customer (based on national ID number for Thai nationals, passport number for foreigners or foreign workers in Thailand, or company/business registration number for corporate customers) is entitled to purchase a maximum of two devices per customer.
   • Thai nationals receiving the purchase right must provide their national ID number or company/business registration number (the ID card must be valid and the company registration certificate must be issued within the past 90 days) on the date of placing the device order.
   • Customers must complete the device order information via the website https://deal.true.th/samsung/galaxy-z-series-flip8-fold8-en.html or at participating True Shops to allow the company to consider and approve the order. The company reserves the right to consider only customers who meet the specified qualifications, and such decision shall be final and at the sole discretion of the company.
   • Customers whose orders are approved and confirmed via the website https://deal.true.th/samsung/galaxy-z-series-flip8-fold8-en.html within the specified ordering period must print the order confirmation document from the website as proof. In the case of orders placed through True Shops, customers are required to request the order document along with the deposit receipt as proof for product collection.
   • The company will deliver the device to customers based solely on the order queue in the ordering system. The company will send an SMS to confirm the receipt of the product, including the date, time, and True Shop branch selected by the customer in the order.
   • Once the customer confirms the device order by specifying the model, storage capacity, and color, no modifications, changes, or cancellations will be allowed. The customer agrees to accept all terms and conditions set by the company.
   • The device purchase rights mentioned above cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other individual or legal entity, nor can they be refunded.
5. Payment Methods
   • Deposit: Customers are required to pay a deposit when ordering a device for every model, storage capacity, and color. The deposit amount is 2,140 THB (Two thousand one hundred forty Baht only) per device (this price includes VAT). The payment must be made immediately via debit or credit cards issued by participating banks or by other methods specified by the company.
   • Payment of the Remaining Balance (After Deducting the Deposit): On the device pick-up date, customers must pay the remaining balance in full by cash, debit card, or credit card issued by participating banks. Payment can be made either as a full lump sum or through an installment plan according to the promotional program available at that time or other conditions specified by the company.
6. Documents Required for Claiming the Rights
   • Documents for Individual Customers
     • For orders placed via the website: Order confirmation document or e-mail. For orders placed via True Shops: Order confirmation document or deposit receipt.
     • National ID card along with one copy (the ID card must have at least 3 months of validity remaining).
   • Documents for Foreign Customers
     • For orders placed via the website: Order confirmation document or e-mail. For orders placed via True Shops: Order confirmation document or deposit receipt.
     • Original valid passport along with a copy of the first page showing the name, photograph, and expiration date, as well as a copy of the visa page with a valid visa (visa must have at least 1 month remaining before expiration).
     • Original valid work permit in Thailand (not expired) along with a copy, or original student ID card or a letter of certification from the educational institution (issued within the past 1 month) along with a copy.
   • Documents for Legal Entities
     • A copy of the company registration certificate or partnership certificate, along with the business objectives, issued by the Ministry of Commerce within the past 90 days, certified by an authorized director as per the company’s conditions on every page of the certificate and business objectives (with official stamp).
     • A copy of the national ID card of the authorized signing director.
     • A copy of the VAT Certificate (Por.Por.20) certified by the authorized director as per the company’s conditions, in case the company is registered for Value Added Tax (VAT).
   • Documents for Retail Shops
     • A copy of the owner’s national ID card.
     • A copy of the commercial registration certificate.
7. Rights Reservation
   • The company reserves the right to cancel the device purchase rights if it finds that the customer intends to use the mobile device improperly, or if the company deems such use inappropriate or against the law.
   • The company reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or cancel any one or all of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

10. The terms governing access to content and channels under the TrueVisions NOW package may be amended or discontinued at any time. Users will be notified accordingly. Additional terms and conditions for specific content or channels shall be governed by the Content Providers.
11. Users are responsible for keeping their NOW account credentials and password confidential and must not disclose them to any third party. Any action performed using the user's account credentials—including service subscription, payment, cancellation, or modification—shall be deemed to have been authorized by the user, and the user accepts full responsibility for all such activities.
12. The TrueVisions NOW package is intended solely for personal viewing within a private residence. Users must not use the service for commercial purposes or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws, these terms and conditions, or the intellectual property rights of the Company, channel owners, content licensors, or any third party.
13. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers, unless otherwise specified by the Company.

15. Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal Data
    By using the service, users acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, use, transfer, and disclosure of their personal data by the Service Provider for purposes including:
    • Providing and improving the service;
    • Complying with applicable personal data protection laws and other legal obligations;
    • Conducting market research and promotional activities;
    • Analyzing and offering products and services from the Service Provider, its distributors, agents, affiliates, business partners, and companies within the True Group; and
    • Any other lawful purposes.

The Service Provider may transfer and/or disclose such personal data to its affiliated companies, business partners, data processors, or other organizations or individuals with whom it has contractual or business relationships, both within Thailand and internationally, as permitted by applicable law.

The TRUE CYBERSAFE PRO APPLICATION ("Service") is provided by True Move H Universal Communication Co., Ltd. ("the Company") for TrueMove H and dtac subscribers ("Users"), subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Service is available to individual and corporate customers using the Company's postpaid and prepaid mobile services, provided that their mobile service remains active and has not been suspended or terminated for any reason.
2. Users must install the TRUE CYBERSAFE PRO APPLICATION and configure their device settings as required to ensure optimal performance. Users can access the application by verifying their identity via OTP (One-Time Password) sent to the registered mobile number, the TrueID application, or the True application.
3. The Service provides the following protection features:
   • Suspicious Website Protection
     Blocks access to websites and/or URLs suspected of being associated with cybercrime when browsing via Safari (iOS), Chrome (Android), or the in-app browser only.
   • Suspicious Call Alert & Call Blocking
     Warns users of phone numbers suspected of being associated with scams or cybercrime and allows users to block unwanted incoming calls. Users may manually add up to 25 phone numbers to their block list.
   • Suspicious SMS Alert & SMS Filtering
     Warns users of SMS messages suspected of being associated with scams or cybercrime and allows users to block SMS messages from unwanted senders. Users may manually block up to 25 phone numbers and enable automatic spam message filtering.
   • Parental Controls
     Allows users to restrict access to inappropriate online content (available only through the in-app browser) and set internet usage time limits for their children's devices.
   • Password Manager
     Securely stores users' passwords and helps generate strong, secure passwords.
   • Android Security Protection
     Protects Android devices against unsafe applications and files, including malware, malicious software designed to damage systems, steal information, disrupt device operations, or counterfeit applications.
4. The Service is available only on registered mobile devices and portable computers that have completed the registration process.
5. The protection and alerts described in Clause 3 are based solely on preliminary analysis using the Company's database, third-party data providers, and relevant government agency information. They do not constitute confirmation of any fact or legal determination.
6. Information displayed regarding the source of data within the application is provided by third-party data providers. Accordingly, those providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of such information, and it shall not be relied upon as legal evidence.
7. The protection and alert features described in Clause 3 may not cover all potentially suspicious technological connections due to data processing and technical limitations. Users remain responsible for exercising their own judgment, and the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from connections that were not identified or alerted by the Service.
8. Users are responsible for protecting and safeguarding their own personal information to reduce the risk of cyber fraud.
9. Users consent to the Company collecting, using, processing, and disclosing their personal data to relevant third parties, including T3 Technology, where necessary for the provision of the subscribed Service. The Company will collect, use, and disclose such personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Company will not retain any personal data after processing and service delivery have been completed.
10. The Service does not cover internet connections shared through Mobile Hotspot or connections established via Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).
11. The Company reserves the right to amend or modify the Service and these terms and conditions as deemed appropriate. Users will be notified in advance through communication channels determined by the Company.

1. This privilege is exclusively reserved for True and dtac customers who meet the campaign criteria specified by the Company.
2. This promotion is valid for new TrueAIHub accounts only (the customer must not have previously registered for a TrueAIHub account). If a customer already has an existing account or an active package, they must register for a new account to be eligible for this privilege.
3. Customers will receive a 3-month free subscription to the TrueAIHub "Personal Starter" package (valued at THB 299/month for 3 months, total value THB 897). This privilege is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Limit 1 redemption code per 1 TrueAIHub account. (If a customer receives multiple codes, distinct TrueAIHub accounts must be used for each registration.)
5. Customers can retrieve the redemption code via USSD channels (as specified). Receiving the code does not guarantee the privilege. The Company reserves the right to grant the privilege only to the first 1,000 customers who successfully subscribe and link a credit card via the TrueAIHub website provided with the code, on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. After the 3-month free trial period ends, the subscription will automatically renew for the 4th month and subsequent months at the regular rate. The service fee will be charged to the credit card provided on the registration date.
7. If a customer wishes to cancel the service to avoid auto-renewal, the cancellation must be successfully completed within the system prior to the scheduled auto-renewal date of that billing cycle. The customer will still be able to use the service for the remaining duration of the free trial period, and the service will officially terminate after the said period ends.
8. Once the auto-renewal payment is successfully processed, the fee is non-refundable, except in cases where the charge resulted from a verified technical error caused by the Company's system.
9. If a customer upgrades their package during the 3-month free trial period, the existing free trial will end immediately. The system will carry over all remaining tokens and combine them with the new package. The new package will have a validity period of 30 days and will begin its new billing cycle starting from the date of the successful upgrade.
10. By subscribing to the service, the customer is deemed to have accepted the True AI Hub website Terms and Conditions as specified at https://trueaihub.ai/term-and-condition-detail?mode=b2c .
11. Promotion Period: 7 August 2026 - 31 August 2026 (or until the maximum quota of 1,000 successful subscriptions is reached).
