2. The Company will officially announce the selling price of the Device mentioned in Item 1 after receiving approval from the manufacturer. Once the customer places an order for the Device, it shall be deemed that the customer agrees to the specified terms and conditions of the purchase and agrees to pay the announced price without any objection or dispute.

3. Terms and Conditions of Device Purchase
   • Customers eligible to purchase the device must be individuals aged 18 years or older, or legal entities/retailers, placing their order through the website: https://deal.true.th/xiaomi/note17-series-en.html or at participating True Shop branches.
   • Customers who wish to purchase the device must meet the qualifications specified by the Company and must not have any outstanding debts for any products or services owed to True Corporation Public Company Limited (“True”) or to any other companies within the True Group that sell products or provide services.
   • Customers must place their orders within the specific dates and times announced by the Company only. The Company reserves the right to announce the opening and closing dates for orders only after receiving confirmation from the manufacturer. Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • The purchase order will be considered complete once the customer has paid a deposit of 535 THB (five hundred thirty five baht) (“Deposit”) and submitted proof of payment to the company. Payment can be made via Visa Debit, MasterCard Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard Credit, or JCB Credit cards issued by banks in Thailand only. The Deposit is non-refundable. The company reserves the right to close orders when the product is out of stock.
4. The above purchase terms and conditions require the buyer to subscribe to the TrueMove H monthly mobile service plan.
   • Device Purchase Rights: Each customer (based on national ID number for Thai nationals, passport number for foreigners or foreign workers in Thailand, or company/business registration number for corporate customers) is entitled to purchase a maximum of two device per customer.
   • Thai nationals receiving the purchase right must provide their national ID number or company/business registration number (the ID card must be valid and the company registration certificate must be issued within the past 90 days) on the date of placing the device order.
   • Customers must complete the device order information via the website https://deal.true.th/xiaomi/note17-series-en.html or at participating True Shops to allow the company to consider and approve the order. The company reserves the right to consider only customers who meet the specified qualifications, and such decision shall be final and at the sole discretion of the company.
   • Customers whose orders are approved and confirmed via the website https://deal.true.th/xiaomi/note17-series-en.html within the specified ordering period must print the order confirmation document from the website as proof. In the case of orders placed through True Shops, customers are required to request the order document along with the deposit receipt as proof for product collection.
   • The company will deliver the device to customers based solely on the order queue in the ordering system. The company will send an SMS to confirm the receipt of the product, including the date, time, and True Shop branch selected by the customer in the order.
   • Once the customer confirms the device order by specifying the model, storage capacity, and color, no modifications, changes, or cancellations will be allowed. The customer agrees to accept all terms and conditions set by the company.
   • The device purchase rights mentioned above cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other individual or legal entity, nor can they be refunded.
5. Payment Methods
   • Deposit: Customers are required to pay a deposit when ordering a device for every model, storage capacity, and color. The deposit amount is 535 THB (five hundred thirty five baht) per device (this price includes VAT). The payment must be made immediately via debit or credit cards issued by participating banks or by other methods specified by the company.
   • Payment of the Remaining Balance (After Deducting the Deposit): On the device pick-up date, customers must pay the remaining balance in full by cash, debit card, or credit card issued by participating banks. Payment can be made either as a full lump sum or through an installment plan according to the promotional program available at that time or other conditions specified by the company.
6. Documents Required for Claiming the Rights
   Customers who have completed the device purchase according to the above procedures must present the following documents to verify their order:
   • Documents for Individual Customers
     • For orders placed via the website: Order confirmation document or e mail.For orders placed via True Shops: Order confirmation document or deposit receipt.
     • National ID card along with one copy (the ID card must have at least 3 months of validity remaining).
   • Documents for Foreign Customers
     • For orders placed via the website: Order confirmation document or e mail.For orders placed via True Shops: Order confirmation document or deposit receipt.
     • Original valid passport along with a copy of the first page showing the name, photograph, and expiration date, as well as a copy of the visa page with a valid visa (visa must have at least 1 month remaining before expiration).
     • Original valid work permit in Thailand (not expired) along with a copy, or original student ID card or a letter of certification from the educational institution (issued within the past 1 month) along with a copy.
   • Documents for Legal Entities
     • A copy of the company registration certificate or partnership certificate, along with the business objectives, issued by the Ministry of Commerce within the past 90 days, certified by an authorized director as per the company’s conditions on every page of the certificate and business objectives (with official stamp).
     • A copy of the national ID card of the authorized signing director.
     • A copy of the VAT Certificate (Por.Por.20) certified by the authorized director as per the company’s conditions, in case the company is registered for Value Added Tax (VAT).
   • Documents for Retail Shops
     • A copy of the owner’s national ID card.
     • A copy of the commercial registration certificate.
7. Rights Reservation
   • The company reserves the right to cancel the device purchase rights if it finds that the customer intends to use the mobile device improperly, or if the company deems such use inappropriate or against the law.
   • The company reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or cancel any one or all of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

1. Scope of Application and Beneficiaries

This Offer is limited to certain Xiaomi smartphone models only, specifically the following models: REDMI Note 17 Pro 5G / REDMI Note 17 Pro Max 5G (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”), purchased through Xiaomi’s official sales channels, whether online or offline, within the territory of Thailand (hereinafter referred to as the “Territory”).

This Offer is provided by Xiaomi Technology (Thailand) Limited, registered at 1788 Singha Complex Building, 18th Floor, Units 1801–1814, and B2 Floor, Unit B201SR, New Phetchaburi Road, Bang Kapi Subdistrict, Huai Khwang District, Bangkok 10310 (hereinafter referred to as “Xiaomi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Only customers who purchase and activate the Product within the Territory are eligible to benefit from this Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Beneficiary” or “you”), subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

This Offer includes the following additional after-sales services:

3. After-Sales Service Eligibility Periods

• 24-Month Product Quality Warranty: Valid for twenty-four (24) months from the date on which the Product is first purchased and activated by the user, provided that the Product is purchased and activated between 27 August 2026 and 31 October 2026.
• One-Time Free Screen Replacement: Valid for thirty-six (36) months from the date on which the Product is first purchased and activated by the user, provided that the Product is purchased and activated between 27 August 2026 and 27 August 2027.
• One-Time Free Liquid Damage Coverage: Valid for twenty-four (24) months from the date on which the Product is first purchased and activated by the user, provided that the Product is purchased and activated between 27 August 2026 and 31 October 2026.
• One-Time Free Battery Replacement: Valid for sixty (60) months from the date on which the Product is first purchased and activated by the user, provided that the Product is purchased and activated between 27 August 2026 and 31 October 2026.
• One-Time Free Back Cover Replacement: Valid for twenty-four (24) months from the date on which the Product is first purchased and activated by the user, provided that the Product is purchased and activated between 27 August 2026 and 31 October 2026.

4. Service Descriptions

4.1 24-Month Product Quality Warranty

The Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date on which the Beneficiary first purchases and activates the Product, provided that such purchase and activation take place between 27 August 2026 and 31 October 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the “Warranty Period”).

If a hardware defect is found and Xiaomi receives a valid claim within the Warranty Period, the Beneficiary will be entitled to have the Product repaired or replaced free of charge in accordance with the “Smartphone Warranty” available at: https://www.mi.com/th/support/warranty/

Where the Beneficiary receives free warranty service, the Beneficiary should back up and/or delete all personal data before delivering the Product to a Xiaomi Authorized Service Center. Please note that, as part of any warranty service, the contents of the Product and its software settings may be restored to factory settings. Personal data and settings stored on the Product will not be restored. Xiaomi shall not be responsible for any data stored on the Product if such data is altered, deleted, modified, or otherwise affected during the provision of warranty services.

The 24-Month Product Quality Warranty shall not apply in any of the following circumstances, and the Beneficiary shall be responsible for all repair and/or spare-part costs. Such costs shall be determined in accordance with the applicable policies of Xiaomi or the relevant Xiaomi Authorized Service Center:

• a. Damage occurring during shipment of the Product from the Beneficiary to a Xiaomi Authorized Service Center.
• b. Damage caused by accidents or human actions, including but not limited to liquid damage, dropping, improper voltage, excessive compression, deformation of the motherboard, or similar circumstances, as well as damage to accessories such as damaged, cracked, broken, or deformed adapters, and damaged, broken, or exposed power cables.
• c. Damage caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to war, fire, typhoon, flood, earthquake, or similar events beyond Xiaomi’s reasonable control.
• d. Damage caused by the use of non-genuine batteries or battery leakage.
• e. Failure by the Beneficiary to provide, where required, an order receipt, delivery document, or warranty certificate.
• f. The Serial Number and/or IMEI number does not match, has been damaged, removed, altered, or tampered with.
• g. The Product is counterfeit and was not manufactured by Xiaomi.
• h. Defects caused by unintended use or use contrary to Xiaomi’s instructions, manuals, or guidelines.
• i. Defects caused by self-repair, handling, modification, or unauthorized alteration by the Beneficiary, or by the use of unauthorized or non-genuine spare parts, software, or components.
• j. Operational problems or malfunctions caused by software installation or configuration, or computer viruses.
• k. Weak or poor signal caused by telecommunications service provider issues.
• l. The applicable Warranty Period has expired.

Nothing in this Offer shall limit or reduce any rights of the Beneficiary under applicable law.

4.2 One-Time Free Screen Replacement within 36 Months

Beneficiaries who purchase a REDMI Note 17 Pro 5G / REDMI Note 17 Pro Max 5G between 27 August 2026 and 27 August 2027 shall be entitled to one (1) free screen replacement within the first thirty-six (36) months from the date on which the end user first purchases and activates the Product. This benefit applies only where the Product’s screen is damaged as a result of an accident or an unintentional act by the end user, such as accidentally dropping the Product.

If, following inspection and assessment, a Xiaomi Authorized Service Center determines that the screen requires replacement, such screen replacement will be provided free of charge. The Beneficiary may be required to provide acceptable proof of purchase.

Exclusions

This service does not cover and shall not apply in any of the following circumstances:

• a. The Product’s Serial Number and/or IMEI number has been damaged, removed, altered, or tampered with.
• b. The Product is counterfeit and was not manufactured by Xiaomi.
• c. The screen damage was caused intentionally or resulted from gross negligence involving an obvious risk of damage.
• d. The damage affects only the external surface of the screen, such as scratches or other damage affecting only the cosmetic appearance of the screen.
• e. The damage was caused by malware, unauthorized software, or third-party applications installed or used by the user.
• f. The Beneficiary is unable to provide acceptable proof of purchase upon request, such as an invoice, delivery confirmation, or other sufficiently reliable evidence demonstrating that the Product is legally eligible for the service.
• g. The defect was caused by use outside the Product’s intended purpose or contrary to instructions, manuals, or usage guidelines provided by Xiaomi or the seller.
• h. The defect was caused by repair, disassembly, modification, alteration, or handling of the Product by the Beneficiary or by an unauthorized person or service center, including the use of unauthorized or non-genuine spare parts, software, or components.

In addition, this service shall not apply where the damage to or alteration of the screen is so severe that the entire Product must be replaced. Any such Product replacement shall be subject to the applicable statutory warranty standards.

Nothing in this Offer is intended to limit or reduce any rights of the Beneficiary under applicable law.

4.3 One-Time Free Liquid Damage Coverage within 24 Months

Beneficiaries who purchase and activate the Product between 27 August 2026 and 31 October 2026 shall be entitled to one (1) free repair for accidental liquid damage within twenty-four (24) months from the date on which the Product is purchased and activated.

This benefit covers only accidental liquid damage affecting the motherboard, screen, or back cover of the Product, subject to inspection and assessment by a Xiaomi Authorized Service Center. Cosmetic damage, damage caused intentionally, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and other forms of deliberate or improper human-caused damage are not covered by this benefit.

This benefit may be used only once during the applicable coverage period. Once a repair has been provided under this benefit, the benefit shall be deemed fully redeemed and may not be used or claimed again.

Exclusions

This service does not apply to or cover any of the following circumstances:

• a. The Product’s Serial Number and/or IMEI number has been damaged, removed, altered, or tampered with.
• b. The Product is counterfeit and was not manufactured by Xiaomi.
• c. Damage to the motherboard and/or screen and/or back cover was caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
• d. Accidental damage affecting components other than the motherboard, screen, or back cover.
• e. Damage affecting only the surface of the screen and/or back cover, such as scratches or other cosmetic damage to the screen and/or back cover.
• f. Damage caused by malware, unauthorized software, or third-party applications used by the Beneficiary.
• g. The Beneficiary is unable to provide an invoice, delivery document, or warranty card where requested.
• h. The defect was caused by unintended use or use contrary to the instructions, manuals, or guidelines of Xiaomi or the seller.
• i. The defect was caused by self-repair or handling by the Beneficiary, unauthorized repair or handling, or the use of unauthorized or non-genuine spare parts, software, or components.

This service shall not apply where the Product requires complete replacement due to damage to or alteration of the motherboard and/or screen and/or back cover. Any such Product replacement shall be subject to the applicable statutory warranty standards.

Nothing in this Offer shall limit the Beneficiary’s rights under applicable law.

4.4 One-Time Free Battery Replacement within 60 Months

Beneficiaries who purchase and activate a REDMI Note 17 Pro 5G / REDMI Note 17 Pro Max 5G between 27 August 2026 and 31 October 2026 shall be entitled to one (1) free battery replacement within sixty (60) months from the date on which the end user first purchases and activates the Product.

The Beneficiary may exercise this benefit once if, within sixty (60) months from the date on which the Product is first purchased and activated, a Xiaomi Authorized Service Center inspects the Product and confirms that the Product’s Battery Health has fallen below 80%.

Exclusions

This service does not apply to or cover any of the following circumstances:

• a. The Serial Number and/or IMEI number does not match, has been damaged, removed, altered, or tampered with.
• b. The Product is counterfeit and was not manufactured by Xiaomi.
• c. Damage caused by accidents or human actions, including liquid damage or dropping.
• d. Damage caused by the use of a non-genuine battery or battery leakage.
• e. The Beneficiary is unable to provide acceptable proof of purchase, such as an invoice, delivery document, or other sufficiently reliable evidence proving the Product’s eligibility under applicable law, or a warranty card where required.
• f. Defects caused by use outside the intended purpose of the Product or contrary to Xiaomi’s or the Seller’s instructions, manuals, or usage guidelines.

Nothing in this Offer is intended to limit or reduce any rights of the Beneficiary under applicable law.

4.5 One-Time Free Back Cover Replacement within 24 Months

This benefit applies only to REDMI Note 17 Pro 5G / REDMI Note 17 Pro Max 5G products (the “Eligible Products”) purchased and activated between 27 August 2026 and 31 October 2026. The Beneficiary shall be entitled to one (1) replacement of the Back Cover within twenty-four (24) months from the date on which the Eligible Product is first purchased and activated, where the back cover has been damaged as a result of an accidental drop or impact.

Once a back cover repair or replacement has been provided under this benefit, the benefit shall be deemed fully redeemed and may not be used again.

To receive this benefit, the Beneficiary must contact Xiaomi Customer Service. The Beneficiary may be required to provide acceptable proof of purchase for the purpose of verifying eligibility for the service.

Exclusions

This service does not cover or apply in any of the following circumstances:

• a. The Serial Number and/or IMEI number does not match, has been damaged, removed, altered, or tampered with.
• b. The Product is counterfeit and was not manufactured by Xiaomi.
• c. Damage to the back cover was caused intentionally or through grossly negligent use involving a clear and significant risk of damage.
• d. The damage affects only the surface of the back cover, such as scratches or other damage affecting only the cosmetic appearance of the back cover.
• e. The Beneficiary is unable to provide acceptable proof of purchase upon request, such as an invoice, delivery document, or other sufficiently reliable evidence proving the Product’s eligibility under applicable law.
• f. The defect was caused by use outside the Product’s intended purpose or contrary to Xiaomi’s or the seller’s instructions, manuals, or usage guidelines.
• g. The defect was caused by repair, modification, or alteration by the Beneficiary or an unauthorized person, including the use of unauthorized or non-genuine spare parts, software, or components.

In addition, this service does not cover Products that, due to damage to or modification of the back cover, require replacement of the entire Product. Any such Product replacement shall be subject to the warranty conditions required under applicable law.

Nothing in this Offer shall operate to limit or exclude any rights of the Beneficiary under applicable law.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1 Data Privacy: Xiaomi values your privacy and is committed to ensuring the security of your personal information. Xiaomi strictly complies with all applicable laws and privacy policies when processing personal information necessary for providing after-sales services to you, including maintenance, repair, and/or loaner phone services.

Xiaomi will act as the data controller and will collect, store, and use your information, including your name, telephone number, email address, national identification number, and device information, strictly for the purpose of providing services to you under these Terms and Conditions. Please note that we may share such information with Xiaomi Authorized Service Centers where necessary.

Please ensure that all files have been removed from your Xiaomi Account system and that any security passwords have been disabled before returning a loaner phone, including any documents and personal and/or confidential information. You are responsible for: (a) deleting all data, including personal and/or confidential files and information, from the loaner phone; and (b) backing up all data that you wish to retain before returning the loaner phone to a Xiaomi Authorized Service Center. Xiaomi shall not be liable for any data loss or privacy issues arising from documents or personal information remaining on, or not removed from, the loaner phone when it is returned.

5.2 Replacement Parts: Maintenance or repair of certain components may require the replacement of spare parts. Accordingly, a repaired Product or component may contain replacement parts and may not consist entirely of its original components.

5.3 Eligible Products Only: This Offer applies only to the Products described in Section 1 above. Other Xiaomi smartphones or products are not eligible for this Offer.

5.4 General Terms and Governing Law: The Beneficiary acknowledges that the general terms and conditions set out at https://www.mi.com/th/support/warranty/ remain applicable. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the applicable general terms and conditions published on www.mi.com, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.

This after-sales Offer does not exclude, restrict, or suspend any other rights you may have. For a full understanding of your rights, we recommend that you consult the applicable national, provincial, or local laws.
